Ahaa Vision Oy is a company that develops the readiness of businesses and organizations to achieve results by using methods of personnel management. Our services consist of four sectors: training, questionnaires, consulting and personnel data management software (WebHR®).

Training sessions are short 1-3-day events that focus on a desired theme or topic, for example, communications.

Questionnaires act as tools for assessing the starting point and evaluating achieved results. The most common questionnaires measure personnel job satisfaction and customer satisfaction. In addition, we provide a 360 degree feedback survey directed to managers.

Consulting is often a part of a wider context or a development project that combines the know-how and services of Ahaa Vision Oy. For example, personnel management development involves consulting, manager training and personnel job satisfaction questionnaires.

WebHR® is web-based software for managing companies’ personnel data. With the help of the software, companies can keep track of the personnel, training and know-how data and be able to channel the human resources appropriately.
